Our History

The Croucher family has been providing plumbing and heating services locally for more than 60 years. Tim served as an apprentice under his father’s company at the age of 16 and has continued his success in business ever since, remaining compliant with the regulating bodies of which he has been an active member throughout.

Whilst providing outstanding workmanship within homes throughout West Sussex, with the support of his established team of talented engineers, technicians and craftsmen, Tim has grown the business year on year, adding over time to the services it offers to include bathroom and kitchen installation, electrical works, tiling, flooring and rental property maintenance.

Tim made the transition from the Crouchers Plumbing + Heating name to become the Crouchers Group. This transition encompasses the successful expansion of the electrical division and brings together all elements of service provision as one.

Adhering to the high standards and core values of the Croucher family business model, always means putting the customer’s needs first and remains of utmost importance to Tim and his team.

We cover a broad area of East Hampshire and West Sussex which includes Havant, Chichester, the Witterings, Bognor Regis, Littlehampton, Worthing, Midhurst and Petworth.

We offer an Emergency Call-Out service, which is a rapid, same-day response during office hours, which has a minimum charge of £96 inc VAT. This covers the first hour, Monday – Friday, 8am-4pm.
